She's okay. I don't like how she talks to coaches and then reports it in first person as if it is her opinion. Seems awkward to me.

In Q1 last night she lost her focus and botched a segment and I thought I heard her scold herself under her breath 1after she thought she was off the air.

I don't mind our announcers.. but what happened to the quotes thread? From Ron Boone during the Nets game last Friday when the player fell and hit his head. That floor is really hard- Ron Boone

Decided to tune in to the end of the celtics/warriors game yesterday and had the choice of commentators. Laboured over the decision for a minute until I realised I could just go with mute :confused:

Yeah she's doing her best, you can tell it's been a very challenging year for her. But she has that bubbly girl next door personality that just makes you want to root for her. I like that. Kinda like Abby Chin for the Celtics. I like rooting for people like that, the average person who's trying his/her best.

LOL ... You should have listened to Hot Rod during some early 80's broadcasts. He sometimes got so disgusted with the Jazz that he would remove all emotion from the broadcast and speak in a monotone. Satire at its best.

Anyone remember Harpring his first year or two? Trying so hard to prove he was the man, and absolutely drove me nuts, to the point I had to mute. Dude tried to fill the entire game with non-stop chatter. I actually think he deserves a lot of credit, as he listened to criticism and has gotten a lot better since then.

That's because he was a ridiculous homer his first few years, to the point of embarrassment. People let him know and he has tried to turn it around. I actually prefer this version than the blind homer version.

There are a few guys around the league that are so one-sided, they will complain about fouls, and then when the replay clearly shows they are wrong, they will pretend the replay doesn't exist and they are still right. Makes me want to murder them a little.

I love her personality and energy, I just don't think she's good at talking which is her main job....I couldn't do her job by any means, she just has cringy interviews, I hope she gets better and becomes a staple of the jazz broadcast team.

Can we trade our guys for the Clippers' guys? I'm watching the game tonight on local TV and they are a bit dry but FAR better than hack and harp.

No thanks, they are driving me crazy. One of them has said bingo every made shot for the clippers.

I'd still take them over Bolerpring. At least these guys have some game knowledge and show an ability to follow the game with good excitement.
