The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

The only thing I can really think of is that the blown 3-1 leads really weighed on Mitchell and just made being on the Jazz miserable.

I still dont see how he can be having the most fun of his career when the Jazz were far and away the best regular season team before the Clippers series happened. You'd think that would be the most fun time of his career, or when he was the surprise rookie of the season and being a leading scorer on a playoff team that won a playoff series in his rookie season. Maybe it's all just about him having his best regular season stats of his career.

Whatever though, I just feel super vindicated for all the **** I talked about Mitchell before it was cool to do so. I really hope the Cavs underwhelm in the playoffs.

Yeah Don, it certainly seems like you’re so happy with having to remind us every 2 seconds.
This. Speculations have been that he and Darius dont mesh, so these articles start coming out.

I also remember Ainge talking about why he teared the team down, and saying he felt like people in the locker room liked each other and were happy, but that didnt translate to them playing better.

Maybe thats what Don is as a leader. A source of happiness and, to some extent, complacency. Maybe he needs a Draymond to say what needs to be said.

Did anyone happen to catch the Pacers @ GSW game?

Andrew Nembhard looked like an All-star playing the point with 31 points and 13 dimes. He was also defending Steph pretty well until they started switching him away. They even doubled him in the end and he was still able to impact the game.

What do they have in the drinking water In Indy?

Check out his dimes. Really good stuff, especially that kickout back to the point where he drove the defense in first:

It's depressing that NWG couldnt have become Nembhard.

Basically same measurements, basically same college stats at the same college, both transfer players, basically same athletic testing numbers, they even kind of look the same.

Donovan putting on a show at home against the Lakers. 43 points 6 rebounds 5 assists and 4 steals, 17/27 shooting. Defense was really solid as well.
