A man who died of coronavirus in October has been elected to the North Dakota state legislature. Republican David Andahl, 55, ran a successful primary challenge against a powerful Republican, before waging his campaign in the general. It's not the first time a dead person has won a US election. In 2018, a brothel owner in Nevada won an election to statewide office after he died

Lost in all this is the historical first that a woman will serve as VP.
This is so ****ing cool. My daughter has seen a woman run for president, kick Thanos’ ***, and now be VP. Her world is so much bigger than my wife’s. My kids have seen a black president and now VP and have seen a POC Captain America, Miles as Spider-Man...their world is so BIG now. They can be themselves and have people emulate who look/feel/have the same culture as they do.

It’s amazing.

I followed the AP on election night. They called Az for Biden in the early AM Wed...

Not gonna lie, to me that's just religion. Yeah, she's acting extra weird, but even if you're more sober about it, you still believe in mystical nonsense IMHO.
We used to sit in certain spots to help the Jazz win. Stockton hit the shot because my brother and I were sitting on the lucky couch. You're welcome.

Then I sorta grew out of it. No matter where I sat Boozer wasn't going to play defense. Seriously, Boozer did it for me.

Now I sit wherever I want knowing that no matter where I sit, Bradley's never going to gain Amare like athleticism nor will Rudy develop Porzingas like range.

I used to make my eyes go cross-eyed when the opposing team was shooting free throws.

I also used to go outside when it was raining really hard and get soaked because for some reason I felt like that was a way to wash the bad things in my life away and make myself ready for better things.

In school I used to feel like losing my quicker clicker mechanical pencil or my zebra pen was essentially a bad omen.

I also used to go out in cold weather without a coat and essentially meditate myself into not feeling cold.

Yeah, I'm just as crazy as anyone.

Quick morning update:

PA - VBM votes continue to be counted and Trump's lead continues to narrow. Will likely disappear this afternoon - will we see a PA call once Biden takes the lead?

AZ - Won't get any real updates until tonight. Biden still favored but a bit murky just because they're not sure what kind of votes are out there still

NV - Bad news for Trump this morning as Biden gained a bit and there's not much rural vote left. Tons of Clark County (Vegas) which is more favorable to Joe. This one may get called very soon

GA - About 60k votes left and a 18k Trump lead. This is going to be a close one as Biden might just score a lead of about 10k - 15k once all is said and done as he continues to score huge numbers from ATL

As a P.S., the ultimate irony here is that Fox News might be the first org to call anything for Biden. NV is looking like a baked cake and if so, that would give him the 6 EC to hit 270 since they called AZ.

I bet they're going nuts over there deciding what to do.
