Give this dude whatever he wants. This team is absolute garbage to watch without him honestly. If you gotta give him 20mill a year for 4 years, you do it then max Gordo and call it an offseason.

What if he wanted 2 child prostitutes of his very own and the spleen of Whoopie Goldberg?

They'll rue the day they make this deal, this hysteria reminds me in a way of how hyped Knicks fans were for Tyson Chandler.

George Hill is still a small fry in the big potato world of players that affect your chance at a championship. ONE LOVE

He ensures little more than moral victories/playoff spot, job security for the FO/Quinn, cap hell, worse draft picks and the loss of one of the core, possibly 2.

The narrative that the team is hopeless without him is far from reality and the perspective of a defeatist.

Fact of the matter is - The Jazz aren't in contention with or without him.

Healthy Tyson Chandler was the 2nd most important player on a Mavericks squad and the 2nd best player on a Western Conference finalist Knicks.

You should just quit analyzing basketball altogether, tbh. Soccer or hockey is probably more your thing.

Can we make this thread into a call I made about Al-Farouq Aminu four years ago? tia

Aminu's irrelevant to this conversation other than being a testament to my accuracy.

If you've been paying attention to my posts over the years, It's fair to conclude that I would've easily solved the PG issue 5x over by now.... They've used 2 #12 picks and a #5 pick in just a few years, the bars been set low...

The first summer I posted here I was carrying on about overbidding for Jeff Teague and Demar DeRozan.. both ideas were met with great resistance..

I think you need to address a far bigger topic which is you bringing down morale.

What?

I'm talking about how I, NAOS, literally advocated for signing Al-Farouq Aminu 4 years ago.

Yeah, George Hill is a small fry but Jeff Teague is the Messiah and fringe starter Aminu would have been our Savior. You're a ****ing clown, bro.

Oh my bad. I'm not gung-ho about this thread, Seems more volatile than some are making it out to be, but killing morale was not my intention, I just thought it was noteworthy context.

Not saying hes prone to injury or anything like that, but it's fair to assume his injury risk is higher turning 31(and fractionally higher because he's already missed 8 games) and that risk will increase the bigger the contract is - which you'd have to assume he'll be looking for 4 years at his age.

Hopefully he and Hayward do the right thing which is both take big pay cuts to get more talent here!! That's what I'm rooting for. That'd be really positive right? Max Dollars is worse than that for sure...
