Not sure if you are being sarcastic or not... so here is my sarcastic response:
You are right, clearly all 70+ year olds are responsible for "everything" so screw 'em. I am a little hesitant to use your idea of grouping people by generalities (stereotypes?) rather than evaluating them as individuals. Have you ever tried it with race or religion?

You know, eliminating all 70+ year olds would help significantly with the national budget. Should we try that as well? I mean, if we are going to be ageist why not be fully committed?
