That and I read somewhere, the guy has played like 20 games in a Row only like 5 times total the past 5 years or something.

We need consistent scoring from the wing positions. And these one dimensional 3 point shooters aren't going to get it done for us. CJ Miles, Bell are 3 point shooters but nothing else. Miles could be amazing if he focused on getting to the foul line. But he isn't changing.
Getting to the foul point line allows you to be consistent. Even if Maggette's shot is off he doesn't hurt his team dramatically the way Miles does. Because Miles just stands at the 3 point line and jacks. 3 point shooting is not the problem. We need someone like Maggette.

Wrong on the first point, correct on the 2nd. When your "best" 3-pt shooter regularly jacks up airballs then you seriously need an upgrade. And I think a Maggette type player would complement Deron very well. I am not sold on Maggette himself as I think he is heading to where Bell is now (sliding fast down the backside of his career), but a player like Maggette would fit in well. Scorer, decent percentages, consistent, can hit the 3, can defend. I don't think we need a superstar but a second tier star or just-below-all-star would sure beat our bevy of bench-warmers and 12th-man role players.

I have been for trading AK for several years, but if he is not traded I look for the Jazz to become a running team and for AK to shine for Corbin. Just to show Jerry what he could have had.
