The results of loosening gun restrictions

After you adjust for income inequality, the levels are basically the same between races.

1st) says you and what data.

2nd) Are you saying that the only hardship that black people in America face is income inequality? Your racial biases must be keeping you from seeing the hardships that they face. If you could only let go of your racial biases we would be one person closer to healing the racial divide in this country.

It's only one study, of course, but here's a sample from page 417: "In fact, the results suggest that all else equal, white homicide rates would outdistance black homicide rates if poverty rates were equivalent." Other studies are not quite so clear.

I don't actually think that whites in poverty are more inherently violent, of course, because there are so many other factors that play into the numbers, but if they lean one way, it's toward whites being more violent.

2nd) Are you saying that the only hardship that black people in America face is income inequality?

It's a complex relationship with many feedback elements. Removing income inequality between the races would also have feedback effects. It doesn't cure everything, of course.

Your racial biases must be keeping you from seeing the hardships that they face. If you could only let go of your racial biases we would be one person closer to healing the racial divide in this country.

Well, it's not often I get lectured on my racial biases from someone taking the position that black people are more violent. That's a special sort of irony that takes a heyhey.

I knew you didn't actually bother reading anything.

"concentrated structural disadvantage" is what black people face.(from your link) It is not just income. It is also bad schools and discrimination in the justice system. You are putting the cart before the horse. Talking about income inequality without talking about race is pointless.

Race is by far the most telling factor one can look at. I am not saying that black people are inherently violent. Black people tend to get the short end of the stick more often than not and are imho the most disenfranchised members of our society.

Maybe if you would slow down and read you would find that I actually agree with you. The only difference being you would rather talk about white privilege while I prefer to speak about minorities rights.

Ps
I am not going to cover age, sex, or income inequality because I don't really think I need to.
As in it is a moot point, obvious and well documented. Thanks for the great link any way.(even though I had to troll you to get it)

Hence, "It's a complex relationship with many feedback elements." in response to your question.

Don't worry. When you're responding to me, no one cares if you are honest in your responses or not.

Like race and income inequality, the those two subjects are inextricably linked.

I do recall most of your objections are to my tone as opposed to my positions.

You don't have to troll me in the future, but I understand it's more fun that way. :)

What do you think I am being dishonest about?
