I am glad that he is working on his game in the offseason. The worst thing that could happen is if he were to become like Dwight Howard who is amazing at one thing and doesn't work on everything else. (aka Howard is a monster in the post but hasn't learned how to shoot a free throw or develop a mid range shot) If Favors gets a complete game he could be very very good, and if he keeps his head and doesn't' run for the bright lights he could become as important to the Jazz as Malone was. (no freaking out, i didn't say better, i said as important)
