Also, I thought they should have killed the kid. I mean, if they would have saved and let him free that would have been fine. He would be indebted to them. So far they have beat the **** out of him, chained him up, and nearly killed him twice. He is going to get free'd and they first thing he is going to think is "****, I need to get away from the crazy ****s if they randomly decide to maybe kill me again".
 
I was cheering on the zombie while he was ripping Dale apart. He was starting to annoy me with his, "Let's do what is right." Plus, he could never fix the motor home anyways. He was dead weight. ; ) Now I just hope that if they kill off Lori, her death is worse than Dale's. **** I hate her so badly.
 
I am startign to like that redneck guy more and more. I hope we see his brother again.

I don't see that. He seems like he totally rejected that. From the way he reacted to Randalls story about what his group did to that man and his daughters...and saying thisngs like "shooting at my boys" to Randall. Rick needs another 10 guys just like him.
 
The redneck guy is a douche to the max.

"Let me torture this guy to keep the group safe"

Also the kid mentioned knowing the farmers daughter (not in the same biblical ways I'd like to) why hasn't this been addressed. Seems to me like she might be able to offer some kind of reference of how he was in school and if not then can continue what they're doing anyway.
I also was annoyed by Carl last couple of episodes (damn him putting my name to shame) and I'm not including the whole Dale thing, he should be better then getting jumped by the zombie. I was kinda hoping that zombie would get Carl down by the creek, except that it would lead to another story line of searching for a kid I didn't want to get into.

He is trying to shut them out so he will not get hurt when they die. It is completely obvious he is deeply invested in the group. I really hope that he starts to step up and offers Rick a counter voice to Shane.
 
I am glad Dale is gone. I hop Herschels daughters (except maggie) die, Sophies mom dies and Lori. Then bring a few more bad asses.

He already told Rick and Shane that even though he went to the same school she had no idea he existed. As Maggie seems like a decent person that might tell you a lot about him since he didn't run in the same circles.

My problem with this is that the cut scenes of the town do not exactly make it look like Maggie lives in the big city. In small towns you at least know of someone even if you do not know them.

That was pretty much my reaction, too. They're just keeping him around for when Merle comes back.

Per the comics, we all know Shane dies. In order for the show to continue and have a strong character to replace Shane, I think they introduce Michonne at the end of this season.
 
Make the group Rick, Shane, Darryl, Michonne, Andrea, Maggie and Glen. The rest are expendable.

Even with Michonne and Glenn? If so I am ok with a T-Dog for Shane as long as they make T-Dog a compelling important character. Make up for the loss of Shane.

I really see Rick and Shane as two sides of the same coin.
