How is it an offensive foul?

I'm pretty sure it is technically a foul. Most fouls get called like that when the airborne dunker extends his arm to create space, but on this one Griffin used his arm as a lever to elevate himself while keeping the defender grounded.

It's Blake Griffin though, so the refs just assume that is what he does and don't call it (especially at home).

Clearly NOT an offensive foul. Perkins puts his forearm into Blake's chest (fouling him) wayyy before Blake brings his arm down for so called leverage.

It's not an offensive foul for a lot of reasons.

First, Blake is airborn before Perkins.
Second, Perkins is in the restricted area and moving (even if he was going straight up, he's in the restricted area.)
Third, Perkins wallops Griffin across his body.

Did Griffin use his arm? Yeah, but it was after he was already fouled by a guy in the restricted area.
