If there's the type if friction that's been reported, I'd gladly bank an unprotected '16 pick to find out. If the Bulls are ready to move on, gotta think that Utah is a better destination (West small-market team) for Chicago to consider over a place like LA or NY. If I'm DL and Miller, I'd put my money where my mouth is. I'm banking on a huge improvement under TT, so the draft pick is well worth it, and the huge salary that he will command is worth every penny after spending 26 MILLION to babysit Beans, RJeff, Rush and JLIII for one year.If Mr. Thibodeau desires Deng and Fredette the Mr. Lindsey should acquire Deng and Fredette. I'm not a BYU fan but I don't quite understand the extreme Jimmer aversion.
Also, what are the legitimate chances Tom is not with Chicago at the end of the season?
"We're not progressing... you have to want it. PLay hard, play smart, play together... Get'm NEXT game."
(blahx3)
Aaron Falk @tribjazz 2m
Corbin: "We've got to play better. We've got to play harder. … You've got to play hard and we didn't play hard tonight."
Jazz being yelled at for giving poor effort on the road? That has been happening for the last 30 years.
PKM's the winner (except Ty didn't say Play Smart):
Tyrone "Trying to be a tough guy" Corbin. Lol.
"Maybe if I get loud it'll help me keep my job!"
Hope it was Corbs whinging and the team telling him to Shut the F*** up.
Bring on Thibs- a real coach is what we sorely need offense starts with great D
New York has no assets. Thibodeau isn't leaving Chicago without a considerable pick coming back. Players won't work. The Boston/ Clippers deal for Doc Rivers set the bar. . . an unprotected pick two years from now (and a huge contract) is the cost of buying a top notch coach from a team ready to cut a deal. Utah has the most desirable pick for a team that doesn't compete directly with the Bulls year in and year out. Plus DL and TT worked together in Houston for years. If they have a good working relationship then it might make it more likely that he'd be willing to come to Utah. If he's not in Chicago next season (which is the most likely scenario) then I think it's more likely that a western team gets him instead of New York.Pretty sure Thibs is still under contract for an entire year and if he isn't, it's reported that New York really wants him.
The Jazz aren't getting him.
