What's new

This is what tomorrow brings

I think Sap still moves and the Jazz throw Minnesota a bone if it comes to that.
We may not get Bledsoe, but I bet we get something.

couldn't :) mean he's happy he's staying with the Clippers?

Or :) simply means;

I wouldn't be surprised if nothing happened. I don't blame people for getting their hopes up though - a deal at the deadline makes more sense for this team this year than in most others.

I also think there may be one or two deals brewing right now that no one knows about or has considered here.

How about this one?

Utah gets:

Josh Smith

Atlanta gets:

Paul Millsap
Raja Bell (filler to make the contracts match)

We then move Marvin Williams to the reserve PF spot for this depth chart:

PG: Mo Williams (when healthy), Alec Burks, Jamaal Tinsley
SG: Randy Foye, Gordon Hayward, Kevin Murphy
SF: Josh Smith, DeMarre Carroll, Jeremy Evans,
PF: Derrick Favors, Marvin Williams, Jeremy Evans
C: Al Jefferson, Enes Kanter

My guess is something BIG goes down for the Jazz...

Jeremy Evans for a future 2nd Rounder

That would be stupid. Keep Evans. Its not likely we can get anybody in the 2nd round.

Who would you rather have, Evans or Murph? Easy. Evans.

Evans is a stud. I can't believe people dont like him.

My gut is telling me that practice will be cancelled in lieu of a big announcement. I believe Millsap has been traded.

Exactly. He can easily play backup position at most of the other teams but unfortunately because of Jazz' unique situation he is not even seeing the floor. Every time he played din't he impressed us and didnt we feel his efficiency? He is one of the best rim defenders in the NBA IMO, but he is underrated at Utah among 4 solid bigs. I mean how many players in the NBA can do that;
