Some people were thinking he'd be a lottery pick if he decided to stay at UNC. He looks like a dude that won't lose a game for you.
That's the key. Let's get more players like Rudy, Ingles, Rubio, Mitchell, etc. Players who are driven to improve. Maybe you don't always end up with the best. But you will get players who maximize their talents and are a net positive to the team. I think that has to be an important part of the draft and free agent equation. Though they moved on, you could put Hayward and Hill in that list. Passive players like Lyles just don't belong. He has a relatively good feel for the game. Hopefully he's very passionate about playing basketball.
IMO it's tough to evaluate non-shooting bigs in summer league. Their style just doesn't work well there for some reason.
It doesn't work because you've got too many guards looking to make plays for themselves and there is no real system being ran.
would mechanical be a better word. He is not fluid.

Lyles' problem is between the ears. He doesn't look like he cares much, like he doesn't necessarily want to be great.
Jarron (a 24th pick) had a 10-year career with 0.88 winshares/48 (Basketball Reference), and Ostertag (a 28th pick) had an 11-year career with 1.10 winshares/48. If we get anything similar to this out of Bradley, it will be a major win.
