Tough Day To Be In Law Enforcement

Or why surround cars, start shouting and slapping at them and block traffic? That accomplishes nothing other than making the protestors feel high and mighty.

Would you do that?

It's a protest, and protests get more publicity when they create a nuisance of some sort. Yes, I might block off an intersection during a protest.

I would take another route, most people would, but he can also drive legally down a public road. Now if he really did go speeding past 7 cars and pull up on the curb, which the video evidence does not show, then thats different.

I agree there's no reliable evidence of the speeding past seven cars, but from the size of the car he drove and it's position, it looked like it would have one wheel on the curb.

Blocking off an intersection is one thing. Doing what these protesters did is wreckless, provocative, dangerous, violent and uncalled for. They are not the victims.

Stop defending these assholes.

The shooter and the gal were with the Insurgence group. They're antifascist. I knew they were from the moment I saw the video. It's not rocket science.

So, anyone at a protest where antifa are present is antifa? Does that also go for white supremacists?

I agree they are not victims. Counter-protesting is often provocative, dangerous, and violent.

Stop defending these assholes.

The ones in the original protest? No, wait, that's you defending them as 'just trying to get home'.

Yes.

They showed up to a Antifa organized event.

Is this too hard for you to admit?

I agree, it's an antifa-organized counter-protest. Is the mere presence of these two people mean they must be antifa? By the same logic, aren't all the drivers they are protesting against white supremacists?

Possibly, not sure how that is really relevant though. The entire road was blocked and they were hitting his car and shooting at him. So....... not a big deal one way or another.

No, but if they make white supremacist and antifa posts on Facebook then the shoe might fit.

Again, no hard.

Do you think the shooter doesn't identify with antifa ideologies? Why or why not?

Usually, you're one of the first to say victims could have done things differently.

Sure, I suspect if they had a crystal ball they could have seen their route was blocked on the way home or wherever they were going. They so could have easily avoided this peaceful protest if they went the opposite way. What fools.

I get what you're saying. I'm sure some people at the protest don't consider themselves antifa. These two do.

Bro. I'm not even going to respond to you anymore. You keep pulling things outta left field.

If you showed up to a boogaloo protest, people might say you're a neo-nazi.

No, but if they make white supremacist and antifa posts on Facebook then the shoe might fit.

Absolutely. That's why I was asking what was on Facebook. The only post I saw was one talking about the rally. It said nothing about opposing fascism.

Do you think the shooter doesn't identify with antifa ideologies? Why or why not?

I don't know if they do or do not. So far, of all the arrests for rioters and looters, only 3 have had antifa ties, so it would be unusual, but not impossible, for these two to have antifa ties.

Of course, you're still assuming they were just going home, as opposed to participating in the protest antifa was there to counter,

You do remember antifa was there as a counter-protest, right?

If you showed up to a boogaloo protest, people might say you're a neo-nazi.

They might indeed, especially if I were trying to interfere with counter-protestors.
