I laughed when I read this on hoopshype:

Sam Amico: If Warriors were to make trade, it'd have to involve contract of either Richard Jefferson or Andris Biedrins, league sources say. Twitter @SamAmicoFSO

I bet a lot of teams would be willing to take on Biedrins or Jefferson in any kind of trade since they both have and will likely exercise player options for next year.

Per multiple sources on Twitter, Marcus Morris is inactive for the Rockets tonight as the Rockets are choosing between 2 deals on the table for him. No word on which teams could be involved.

From a basketball perspective, it's a ridiculous move for the Kings. But given the situation of the franchise, here's the logic. The Kings save between $3-$4 mm. The Maloofs love it because they're selling the team anyway, so why not save a few bucks while you can? Geoff Petrie's contract is up at the end of the season and he's expected to retire, which is good because the new ownership group would want to bring in a new GM anyway. So the Maloofs order Petrie to save them some money, and the Rockets capitalized big time.

Another from Hoopshype:

"The Houston Rockets will likely wait until the summer to add a big-name player rather than pull off another blockbuster deal before the Feb. 21 trade deadline, general manager Daryl Morey says."

Didn't he previously say the Rockets weren't going to make any moves. Trade deadline rule #1: Never trust a GM's public comments leading up to the deadline.

Sebastian Telfair to Toronto For Hamed Haddadi deal done, source says

The Trailblazers and Thunder are talking about Maynor going to Portland. OKC had been trying to get a 1st round pick for Maynor, but I'd see a 2nd round pick is more reasonable.

Per Adrian Wojnarowski, Redick has been traded to the Bucks. No word yet on what the Magic got or if other Magic players were involved.
