Suns are going to lose Ayton and receive absolutely zero in return.

They'd have no choice but to give up Bridges and a truckload of picks for KD. And even with KD/CP3, that's a stopgap as they're not going to get better.

It's sounding as though Ayton hasn't signed the offer though, so a sign-and-trade would still be possible.
