In this scenario, Redick and Crawford are out of the league? I don't know if that's how trades work.

I won't yell, promise. And no one is saying something is going to happen, just that it is very likely that something specific is being discussed/negotiated. It could be something minor or something big. The big stuff is more fun to spitball about, less likely to happen.
