Saw something saying that the FBI arrested a judge in Wisconsin in relation to an immigration dispute.
Haven't done any deeper research into it but it seems like it might be a concern.

Do you think these activist judges aren’t also discriminating against Americans? Democrats have built a system that is completely upside-down. It’s a system that takes Americans tax dollars and actively tries to destroy Americans with it. These judges are throwing Americans in jail for insignificant offenses and at the same time harboring terrorist and illegal aliens. One more American in jail means one less vote for upside-down politics for these criminal judges.

I will admit, they are picking their targets for this with a lot more thought than they were with the actual deportations. They are lulling us into a false sense of security that there is some kind of process for this, where this is really just the opening salvoes against judges that dare to defy Trump. She did this the wrong way, that is the problem here, and it leaves an opening to claim judicial misconduct. It very likely will not hold up in court, but it is the opening they need to start this ball rolling, and once it gets some real momentum we will hardly notice the justices that get taken away just because they rule, lawfully and legally, against the Trump agenda. This is carefully planned out and being executed nearly flawlessly for the Project 2025 team. We need a lot more people to get up in arms about this stuff, to head off the inevitable litany of "well they deserved it" posts on facebook.

Yep and as it says near the end of the article, In a situation like this with a tenured judge who isn't/wouldn't be a flight risk the standard procedure wouldn't be to arrest on site. That is just unnecessary cruelty and showmanship being deployed.

This is normal. This is the only way our democracy errrr republic survives. This is a sign of a healthy executive power just holding judges accountable. And by accountable I mean, making sure everyone in government is loyal to the king and obeys his every fart. That is exactly what the founding fathers envisioned.

Whoa whoa whoa if I learned anything from the trump investigation, trial, and conviction it's that if you can't show me a previous case of the exact same thing happening to another judge who was arrested and investigated for aiding an illegal immigrant in evading ICE then this is all a hoax and is 100% lawfare.

This is what the “working class slob” wanted cuz egg prices and woke and Harris’s grocery plan or something something. They will definitely benefit financially from this, just like the working class slob has benefitted from dodge and tariffs and soon tax cuts for billionaires (and social security cuts for everyone else).
 
There was also an arrest of this New Mexico judge, who in addition to harboring illegal alien TdA gang members, was also caught destroying incriminating evidence in the case.

This is a fun listen. This is why, in the long run, if we have to put 3/4 of the American people in the streets, if we need another million man walk on Washington, this monster is going to fail. When all is said and done, we will do ourselves proud again. The greater majority of the American electorate understand clearly that Trump is not us. Every night, I have watched Maddow, she’ll be back on Mondays only this week, but I took to watching her, to look at all the clever homemade signs people are making.

And it is inspiring, to me, to know every last one of those hundreds of thousands of demonstrators sat down and thought: “what do I want my sign to say? What do I want my message to authority to be?”

Our MAGA suppoters call them whiners. Have they checked the polls lately? Whiners? No, the demonstrations are led by American citizens who understand American civics! Who understand Trump is over reaching. Trying to grab far too much power. And we understand that by a HUGE margin! That sounds exactly like Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy where there are photos showing hundreds of thousands making signs protesting the governments. Who can forget the Italian and German media being so broadly critical of Adolf's and Benito's rule? It is like history is repeating, except everything is completely different and those claiming fascism have no idea what they are talking about.
