Like a lot of people, I'm very unhappy with the political climate these days. At this point I think I should just completely tune out politics because I hate what's happening, I can't do a thing about it, and I'm happier when I'm not thinking about it or listening to it.

There is an obvious liberal bias here on Jazzfanz, and liberals like to make make baseless attacks on people. Thats what they do. Who gives a crap if they dont like what you got to say. You are just feeling the pressure of all of them, so it feels like you are out numbered and maybe you think you are wrong. But the truth is its just this little corner of world. Your opinions would go over just fine on another website.
Dont be like Stoked who lets them run over him and change his opinion on things because he wants to liked. Thats weak.

Haha. In all seriousness though, it's disappointing to see the election cycle go so poorly. I liked Romney and Ryan in 2012, I liked John McCain in 08, and bush was not all that bad in hindsight (I voted for Obama both terms, though). All those guys are better than either candidate this year. Tim Kaine is pretty neat though.

My manliness depends upon me participating in a battle between two candidates who I wouldn't hire to watch my dog? I had been hopeful that somehow, some way, a third party candidate could have a shot. That's not going to happen. One of these two train wrecks is about to become our next president, and I'm going to turn my focus to things that give me pleasure.
Also, I'm not going to go into detail because some people around this place like to take personal info, distort it, and then use it for attacks, but yesterday I wrote an obituary for one of my best friends in the world who died unexpectedly over the weekend, and my father is also on the verge of death ATM. In other words, there are places and pursuits I would much rather spend my time on than talking politics on this site. The Jazz season can't possibly begin soon enough.
