She's already in a position over what you're in. Her promotion is all but assured.
Retail is a ****ty place to be. TBH, while my wife is excellent at what she has done, that same talent used in the sales industry could have made her far more money than I've ever made, but she has never had the ambition to get what she could out of her ability. Her rate of getting people to sign up for credit, and her ability to get dozens of other 16-19 year olds to get way above the average amount of people to sign up for credit is beyond the top 1%. Use that to sell houses, cars, RVs, jewelry (she has sold jewelry before and made really good money doing it), anything of high value, and she'd make way more than I have. And she'd kill it.
To say you'd love to have her as an employee. Duh. She can single-handedly get all the credits a store is supposed to get in a month for the whole store.
Have you ever been asked to sign up for store credit? Sucks, right? You never want to do it, right? She gets more than 10% of the people she rings up to sign up for store credit. That's stupid crazy.
