Hedo Turkoglu suspended 20 games for violating NBA's Anti-Drug Program by testing positive for methenolon.

Seriously I doubt any drugs would help him not to suck. Time to go back to Europe Turk.

Learn your deal first you ignorant piece of ****. The chem that gone positive in his blood was used back in the offseason when he had a shoulder injury. It was given by his personal coach. Was a risk. He took it. Now he says he has full responsibility for anything about it. The league and Magic recognizes it and here is 20 games ban. It would be ban for life if it was a ****ed up drunk Russian trying to dump some altered vodka **** dope in his blood through his ***.

are you his wife or something? I do not give a crap what was the reason he took it or if he is going to take more... He sucks as player and as human being so there it is. You want to argue that he is great? Bring it on, lol.

Great players need no argument. He kicked enough *** in his time. Do you know anyone who plays crazy like in his prime? Anyone possible? This is not Michael Jordan we're talking about here. Of course he will start to suck at some parts of his game. It is called aging. People there age faster u know since their meat's not kept in a refregirator.

He had two very good seasons with Orlando. Would never call him great player though. Decent yes, great no. Since signing with Toronto in 2009 he was miserable. Do you know his 3pt FG% this year? 1 made 3 pointer from 24 attempts or 4.2%

I watched him after his supposed recovery. He is completely out of stamina. Can't keep up with the pace. But still a great maestro point forward to set the play. Read everyone's next move EVEN THOUGH they shouldn't be even considered as his teammates since they are nearly all new roster to him. Hedo is always pleasure to watch for anyone who likes smart basketball. Especially for a Euroball fan who takes fundemental serious.

During Eurobasket 2011 he spend more time in Vilnius night clubs drinking and partying with local girls then passing the ball to his teammates during games. Not surprisingly Turkey's team full of NBA players sucked and did not even make to playoffs as Turk was chucking jumpers left and right like no other. Seriously, since his couple good seasons in Orlando he got lazy, injury prone and selfish. I liked his game in 2007-2008 but after that he has been sliding downhill faster then bobsled in Olympics.

I agree with the phase downward after that but Hedo is uniquely talented to play in any position except center and any team except Raptors.

"His suspension is believed to cost him $2.15 million in lost salary".

wow, now for that I am trully sorry for him. Thats a lot of money to lose.

Apparently Turk is important enough to be discussed on these forums despite barely playing the entire year and never having any connection to anything to do with the Utah Jazz. I guess AKMVP finds him to be that important of a player to be discussed on the general NBA forums and not someone else.

First you hated on Kanter. Now you hate on Turkoglu?

Both are Turks. You have something against them?

Turk was MIP and in the All Rookie Team. He was considered the best 'Point Forward' in his prime after Lebon. Was so skilled, so versatile. Could do everything on the floor. He was so fun to watch. He had a very good and long career. A great passer, ballhandler, shooter. A uniqe combination of length and skill.

He came from a long injury and is 34 years old. Now you say he sucks? You are a joke. Let's see if Valancamontaminus, your countryman, will have a better carrer. Turkoglu played on an All-Star level in his prime and was clutch as hell.

That's some damning information. What a God awful human being.

Do they test stars like Lebron, Dwight and so on?

I'm sure that they all would have a negative test.

You think Stern has the balls to suspend Stars that bring so much money to this league?

Double-Standard. If you have a name, you will be treated differently.

Dude, there's a 5 page thread about the Raptors. That's more ridiculous than this.
