Yes! Slovakia beats Russia. What a goal that was by Hamsik!! One of the best in the tourney so far!
 
I can't be upset with the effort that Albania is putting into these games.
 
Yeah, they tried, but eventually better team won. Lets hope Albania at least wins vs Romania for some consolation points.
 
The level of the tournement is very low so far. Unbelieavable that Netherlands didn't qualify.

The Copa America seems more entertaining.

it was a bit more dramatic that the score shows.


Albania's team captain, a CB, went our with a red last game. His replacement (Ajeti) had nine total caps for Albania before today, 22 years old.


Played an INCREDIBLE game. Announcers were saying he could have won man of the match if the game ended in a draw (and they were right).

He starts cramping up 85th minute, so he checks out. They didn't have any more CBs left, so they subbed in a RB.


4 minutes later that sub blows coverage on a cross, France scores. 90th minute. It was excruciating.
 
Albania still has a chance to qualify if they win against Romania being one of the better thirds.

Sorry to hear that I didn't watch after France scored their first.

But if you win and two of Russia, Turkey and Austria, Northern Ireland, Ukraine fail to gather 3 points . I prolly made a mistake there somewhere.

You just have to be one of the best 4 thirds out of 6 and Romania match is very winnable.
 
Türkiye vs España should be a good one. Especially for the Spanish if we keep choking positions and move the ball back to the keeper.
