Unleash Tony Bradley

He rebounds the effs out of the ball. His defense was good last night. He closed out and then moved his feet well to cut off the drive on Frank the Tank.

Ed's offense is a problem, but also gets some extra possessions by hitting the offensive glass. What exactly were people expecting.
Shaq

Ed has been about as good as Shaq would be this year. Shaq would be more entertaining but can no longer guard anyone on the perimeter.

I can go either way with it. I like Bradley and his low post game - he's got skillz. However, he's definitely a Clydesdale whereas Davis is definitely a thoroughbred. Davis is an elite rebounder, #2 per minutes played last season to Hassan Whiteside. He's looked a little lost at times but he's still learning the system.

I would be down with this.

Bradley would have a modicum of skill in the PnR as the roller with Joe.

Joe needs a player with at least a little bit of skill to execute the 2 man game properly, and Ed just isn't that type of player.

It pains me to say, any time Ed looks to do anything apart from rebound, like looking to dribble, pass, or shoot, I immediately involuntarily cringe.

Man that's harsh to say, but it is what it is.

Davis and Rxum for Portis. Just do it. Portis offers us the 4/5 flexibility of Favors with an actual ability to stretch the floor—he went 4 for 4 from 3 last night. He is also just 24 and with some development could be a legit asset. Oh yeah, he also has a lot of crazy in him which I wouldn’t mind having on this team.

No he's going to the 76ers.

I wouldn’t mind signing Udoh and cutting Kidd after the China season ends. Udoh could actually be a piece to defend LeBron for a few minutes per game.

Davis is too slow on rolling. Mentioned it in the game thread.

Saw a couple where Ingles would have to stop because Davis wasn't in front of Ingles' man. Couldn't create 2 on 1. That's what a pick and roll does, eliminate a defender for a second or two, but Davis stands there for a second or two too long and no advantage is gained. Kills the offense. I'd give 5 more games and bench if he's not producing.
