Cheese. Seriously, I'm withholding my vote until the Jazz sign their 3-4 FA's to round out the team. Bring back Al and my optimism would be ZERO. Bring back Paul or Randy and I'd understand, but my uptimism meter would take a hit. Same with bringing in a PG who would HAVE to start. Likewise, I want to see DMC and Jamaal return. Tinsley needs to be here to mentor Trey. DMC is limited, but you've got to reward a player who works his butt off and cares enough about the organization to run around doing Jr. Jazz clinics as an UNRESTRICTED FA. That's a quality guy, right there!

sigh, I am reluctant to say because I will get killed on here, but since you asked:

Hayward has got killed in the playoffs and late game situations and can become a CJ-esque type chucker...but he is everyones favorite including Corbin's. The Jazz have tried to make him a star and he doesn't want to or can't rise to it.

he only played 4 playoff games in an embarssing alfensive showing.

his late game faltering is because of fatigue.
playing 17-19 minutes straight of game time

It all depends on what we do in FA. If we commit to the youth movement, I'll be at a 10/10. If we bring Sap back, that brings me down 2 points. If we bring in a PG to start over Burke, it'll be another 1-2 points. If we bring in more guys to make sure Burks is glued to the bench, that's another 1-2 points.

9. The Corbin effect is the only thing that's just slightly guarding my optimism, in the sense that if the Jazz sign vets that he'll give them a ton of undeserved minutes. Though I will give him this season to change my mind.

I'm very psyched to see the young players play and develop together. I don't think our record is going to be that bad this year. Just because players are young doesn't mean they aren't good. That said, I hope we're in range to get an athletic scorer in next year's draft.

9/10 currently. I can't remember the last time I've been so excited for the season to start. If we win and make the playoffs that means our core is the real deal. If we lose we will get a star that should push us over the top while we get our young guys valuable experience they should have gotten the last two years. Definitely a win-win.

However if we sign a bunch of washed up vets for Corbin to play 30 mpg, I reserve the right to downgrade the score significantly.

In Microsoft products, just select the word(s) and hit shift+F3. Viola.

Highlight the text you want to be caps, go to the "font" menu and then check "All caps". Boom.

Edit: So I just noticed that quoting someone no longer embeds quotes from their post. Probably will make pages shorter, but in this case I was responding to who jope was responding to, adding a little more on to his answer.

Your whole capital letter at the beginning of every word thing is ridiculous. It's as silly as Zoolander not being able to turn left. All you have to do is not press the shift key when you start typing a new word. Or, if that is simply impossible, go back through after you're done and replace all the incorrectly capitalized letters with lower case ones.

On a slightly even more random note, I've always wondered why there wasn't a function in word processing software that allowed users to shift existing letters from lower case to upper case. You have to delete the letter and retype it.
What word processor do you use? Microsoft Word? Ever notice that symbol near the top left of the home toolbar that looks sort of like this "Aa"? Maybe you should click on it and see what it does.

I never even noticed this way (tho it's not like I shift caps a ton)... on the mac version there's a little aA with an arrow between them to the right of the subscript/superscript option on the font section of the toolbar

Lol, that's now three different ways all using Microsoft Word.

8

Trey Burke makes up 6 of the 8 as not only a Blue fan but also Jazz fan.

Only reason it is not higher is Corbin (Who I supported for years) will not be playing the players he should.

If somehow, someway, our starting lineup on day 1 is Burke, Burks, Hayward, Favors, Kanter (Or Millsap/Favors if Kanter is not healthy), it would go up to 10/10.

Kinda stole my thunder.

Im at about 8.5 right now but if the starting lineup in game 1 is burke, burks, hayward, favors, and kanter then i will jump from an 8.5 to infinity x infinity

8.....................One point off because of Corbin and one point off because we won't be contending for a championship this year. Yeah, I am excited as can be that the young players will maybe finally get to show case their skills and learn from playing time. I can not wait to see which players are the real deal, what assets we gain with our cap space and how we round out our roster in next years draft. Thanks Dennis Lindsey for giving me hope of a championship one day.
