If the Rockets lose in OKC
If they win the Jazz wants to win and Portland to lose.
We lost all 4 games against OKC.

Well there’s this so...
If the Rockets win against OKC then Portland is locked in as the 4 seed and we are locked into the 5th seed and it won't matter weather us or the Blazers win or lose our final two games.
If we lose out and Clips win out we fall to 6 right?
Clippers are 3 games behind us so they cant catch us. The only way we could fall to 6 is if OKC wins out and we lose out. As long as the Rockets beat OKC tomorrow night we cant drop below 5th and Portland can't rise above 4th.

Not true. If we win both games and Portland loses both games we get tie breaker and take 4th.

Problem is we can’t just wait and see who wins between rockets and thunder cause their game starts 30 min after ours with denver

This is technically true but also highly unlikely. We play two very good playoff teams and Portland plays the Lakers and Kings.

I think the easiest thing is to just root for Houston tomorrow. And play our regular game.
If OKC beats Houston then we can throw against the Clips if it suits us.

Important note: we may want to lose against the Clippers to drop to 6th if OKC wins out, but both Portland and OKC may decide to throw away their last games too. This brings ridiculous but plausible scenarios like this one I posted on another thread:

I don’t think that loss is going to end up having any effect on where we’re seeded. Guess we’ll see though
