The Utah Jazz are on the road for the 4th straight game, and for the 7th time out of their last 8 games. They have gone 5-1 on the road in that stretch and are riding a league-leading 6 game winning streak. Donovan Mitchell has been added to the dunk contest, but had a cold performance last game after missing the previous game due to illness. Keep an eye on him early to see if he's shaken the bug or is still under the weather for Wednesday's game.

in the first mitchell dunk picture there is a dude on lakers bench grabbing his junk. #66. who the **** is that? looks like gordan giricek tbh. Is it bogut?
I was in about row 20 just to the left of the basket so had a good view of this dunk. It was shocking because it happened so quickly and I think it was the first time he had dunked like this in a game (not first dunk but first outrageous dunk). I almost couldn't believe he did it. Also it came at a crucial moment in the game -- actually turned the momentum in the Jazz's favor. I think it was after I witnessed this I wrote on the site that barring injury he would surpass Stockton and Malone as the greatest Jazz player. I know that's still a bit over the top but we shall see.

Will be interesting to see if everyone is active. If so, it likely means no trades. If DL is making even the slightest headway in trade talks, you'd have to believe that player would be held out of the game.

memphis is kind of a mess right now....

not as big a mess as cleveland, but still a mess.

NO LET DOWN! There is no reason we don't blow them out. Hopefully Mitchell is over the flu and his energy level is back, it's time for him to go off again.
