He didnt even go through shoot-around, which he has done in some past games, so I really doubt he plays. Sucks that it seems like he is taking steps back.

I worry about his conditioning when he does finally play. I doubt he has been practicing much if at all

I get them alot unfortunately completely unpredictable some days worse than others always lower back- when it happens definitely wouldn't want to ball with it. Im alot older than Favs so I won't be playing ball but Im worried about him, when he does come back I hope we take strain off him and give minutes to Lyles- need to keep his minutes down to reduce wear and tear.

if the jazz entered the year as Title Contenders in the eyes of the national media, and the proceeded to lay a deuce like Houston has, then I have no faith that JFC would be any better.

Hans Olson said on 1280 that back spasms are the sort of unencumbering injury that can be rubbed out and played through. That Favors is missing so many games likely means it is serious. Either that or the Jazz are tanking again.

True, sharp pain to extremely sharp- thats the worst part if you move, change position (sit, stand- especially jump, run) makes the pain worse- for a young guy like Favors I hope its not a result of previous spinal injury (mine is)
