What's new

Utah Jazz v. LA Clippers 03/31/2012 - 8:30PM Mountain - FSN (UT), PRIME(CA)

On a different topic, I thought this was kind of funny: Tim Duncan going against an apparent European WNBA player.

NJ up by 15 in Sac. Only 12 minutes to play, and after NJ beat the GSW last night, they owe us.

Utah is going to win this game. Clips 1st was just unreal. I've never seen them play like that, sharing the ball, extra pass, with godly shooting to boot. They didn't even need an offense although it certainly was there.

That just will not be sustained in the 2nd half. They are not winning by dominating Utah with dunks and layups. If that was what was going on there would be a lot more to be worried about. They just were making a ton of shots.

I'm disappointed in Watson. He should have at least 3 fouls beating up those smug bastages and made several really poor plays.

Loved the T from Corbin. If he's going to keep the legacy going he will have to get kicked out of some games as a last ditch effort to get the team to understand heart. They played like they were scared of getting called for a foul in the 1st. They can't play scared no matter what the refs are doing.

I wonder what Corbin was mad about? He looked like he wanted to kill someone. I liked the T too, especially when CPee3 missed the FT.

ugh

It's painful to watch the Jazz right now.

We shoot so many jumpers it isn't even funny. Clippers either get highlight reel dunks, wide open treys, or get to the FT line.

We continuously have to chuck up a contested 20 foot jumper after Big Al and Earl Watson run out the clock.

Thank goodness for Hayward. Without him we'd probably be down by 30...

Again, I ask, what, if anything, does Earl do better than Tinsley?

And for that sake, what does Harris do better than Tinsley?

Call me crazy, but a PG that knows how to pass, doesn't waste the entire shot clock, and can actually shoot=best PG for the jazz right now. Call me crazy, but I think Tinsley might be the best PG we have right now...

This is why I brought up the Legacy thing. I don't think he was picking on the ref for any reason than to show the team that he was fired up and they weren't. Sloan move.

Hayward's getting better, but he still drops into his passive mode way too much and tries to force passes. Both he and Burks are struggling tonight. Kanter was doing well, however.

See the problem is that Watson has no offensive game even if the lane is open. He passes a lot but they are illogical sometimes

well good to know watson his future is secure.
jazz playoff future not so much.
totally killing the utah jazz momentum.
stayed up for this crap 6:30 am.
going back to bed

Poor decision making by Corbin killed us against the Hawks.

Then the Tinsley DNP's against the Celtics and Kings, not to mention closing with Watson, ended up killing our momentum and playoff chances.

Good job coach.

The vibe I'm getting here is that they don't want to make the playoffs. I'm not seeing the urgency.
