Utah Jazz v Toronto Raptors Oct 2 2018 Preseason Game Thread

If you say Allen is sneaky athletic, then you're pretty much saying you're ignorant to how freakishly athletic he is and has been since high school. I wonder why people think that. Hmmm...

Burks' shot was off tonight. Seems like feast or famine with him. At least he had those nice assists.

Ekpe is cool. When we play the Celtics I hope he dunks on Kyrie, knocks him down and screams, "The earth is not flat, ye ignoramus!"

Helluva post

Ya horrible shootiing in the 4th but still crashing the boards, making some nice passes and playing hard.

The plays that killed me was the horrible overthrow outlet to oneal and a crosscourt pass that was easily picked off.

I can live with him missing good looks or being aggressive and missing but the unforced turnovers are killers

I'm kind of amazed Crowder fouled out. He's always aggressive but doesn't typically rack up fouls.

Our bench is good but is too streaky. I think Thabo is going to be a big help with the second unit because he plays smart and under control; he'll be valuable and will make things easier for his teammates on both sides of the floor.

Kind of a funny game. Toronto in the 2nd Q wanted to play like a regular season game and punched Utah in the mouth while Utah just wanted to work on some things and get a workout. Jazz came out at halftime and said, all right, you want to play like a regular season game, we will, and Toronto was like, no, we're good.

I mean, I wouldnt say it like that.

Utah just sucked in the 2nd quarter. I don't think it was due to lack of trying or not taking it seriously. Utah was just ***. Toronto has a great bench and they even brought Ibaka off the bench so it was even more talented than usual. Utah just got in a typical Utah scoring rut before Ingles and Crowder brought the energy back.
