Plan?

Quin loves Royce. The only reason he hasnt played more was because of his shooting. Everything else I think he does what Quin wants of him.
Royce was fighting for minutes though. Initially the thinking was that Korver would get them but this opens up room for h and possibly puts Korver a little on the back seat with him aging and all.

Just Neto and Royce playing excellent basketball this game

even with that, they both started off not so hot along with exum but were allowed to play through it. G has barely gotten that benefit of the doubt this season. we were barely scoring especially in the first half and i thought he could've benefited from having a chance to be out there like niang.

i hope he gives allen a chance, he's barely looked comfortable/confident with a very short leash but his shooting will come if he can get consistent time on the floor. i think they should also consider playing him on the ball periodically. learning from korver will be huge for him as a shooter.

Indeed, I really want him to get about 12-15 minutes a game. Would develop so much faster and gain so much more confidence.

Nice win. Rudy and DM played like stars. Rudy has to work on his FTs. Royce had a nice game. Hit some big shots. Really don't know what to say about Rubio's shooting. He is so inconsistent and this year more bad than good. I think the Jazz need to upgrade the PG position this offseason. I don't know what to say about Dante but he has been awful. He surely is now the main player in Quinn's doghouse.

Well yeah. Korver isn't a big minutes guy. His minutes might hurt Crowder's more than Royce's.

Ricky's shooting was pretty consistent in this game tbf.

he has a short leash yeah. we played mostly great defense all game. Allen is a really bad defender now so I don't blame Quin for not taking any chances on a close game.

Wolves are 7-2 since trading General Soreness.

Another interesting fact: The Jazz have the best road record (and have played the most games on the road) in the Western Conference, but are 14th out of 15 teams in overall record.

fair enough but it won't get better being on the bench all the time and then offensively mostly playing next to exum in the backcout. he should've been paired with burks more often, mitchell periodically, and currently neto. i think they need to send him down to the stars for a bit though just so he can get some consistent game action and confidence. he looked and played confident as hell in preseason, but has played worried/passive in the regular season with how sporadic his minutes are. all this DNP, 3 min, 10 min, DNP type cycle isn't worthwhile for development. guys like divincenzo, huerter, and shamet are getting better despite having multiple really bad stretches b/c they are being allowed to play through it.

that's crazy. alot of home games have followed long road trips. they look really sluggish at home alot.

ricky is so lucky to play with the starters. he had a really good +- this game although he looked like ****. I hate that stat.

Rudy completely dominated this game on both ends of the floor! If he keeps playing like this, especially defensively then we're going to start winning a lot more games. Donovan was great as well, and he got his points on an efficient 12/24 shooting. One last thing, Neto>Exum.
