I’m more comfortable with Rudy shooting jumpers from the Elbow than pretty much any of our other players shooting a 3 right now

Whole team feels more active. One of the things I notice when I watch the Grizzlies compared to the Jazz is that their perimeter players are much more active. I think a lot of Jazz perimeter guys have been kind of soft this year defensively.

Also, Exum seems to have regressed. Which is saying something since he sucked even before.

I'm starting to think that Exum would be a great addition to an Otto Porter trade. He makes about 1/3 of what Porter makes, but maybe Washington thinks he could become something there. Now that Burks is gone, Exum will soon become our Burks of a few years ago.

Agree. The perimeter defense is much better tonight and we are creating a few more fast-break opportunities. Capitalizing on those opportunities though....

That's where the lack of athleticism shows. Mitchell isnt great at running and finishing his own break either because he kind of struggles to draw fouls on fast-break (it seems from eye-test/memory at least).
