Jazz are not old but I do not think that the "young and inexperienced" mantra really works anymore. Favors has 7 years of experience and Burks 6 for example.

Agree but we do have a few key guys doing things they've not really done or at least not to the level of success we'd like.

I think because we don't have someone that can carry the offense we will have nights where we struggle. Our offensive struggles might neuter the defense some nights.

I meant more "young" went it comes to chemistry and familiarity with each other ( they do have two key ingredients who did not play with others before - Rubio and Mitchell) and two others on the bench ( Udoh and Thabo). I expect bad road games like Phoenix to decrease once chemistry will get better.

I asked Favors, who has averaged one 3-point shot per game this year without any makes, if he's going to keep taking them.

"Of course, I'm getting close," Favors said. "You saw last game, it was in and out, I'm getting close, man!

"It's not like I'm taking five of them a game," he pointed out. "I'm working on it before practice, after practice. One day it will fall, probably this game or next game."

I do appreciate the fact that he's only taking one a game. I feel like some guys just start launching them up once they decide it's part of their game, hell, josh smith is still launching them to this day.
 
Jazz gotta come out focused and step on these guys throats like we did to the Lakers. Control from start to finish. These are the games that make or break you at the end of the year if you overlook them.
 
mavs games have been closer than their record shows.

also, I think their style matches up well vs us, they can really run.
 
Favors and Gobert hit jumpers. Guess it's the day to buy a lottery ticket
