What's new

Utah Jazz VS LA Lakers, Sunday, Jan. 10th @ 7:30pm

Hayward being aggressive here in the fourth. Good to see. That was a great adjusted shot. Impressive.

Hayward making some great plays, but god daymn this one-on-one **** is boring. I didn't expect this when we hired Quin.

Better than running pick and rolls in those situations. Booker is useless in pick and roll situation and Gobert is meh. Only big we have that is useful in pick and roll is Favors. We need him back so bad.

David Locke said the Jazz lead the league in passes per game. Not sure where he got the stat from exactly, but there's that.

They do because of the handoffs. Its on NBA.com stat tracking, but last time I checked they were in the bottom in assists.

Another win. 4th game in 5 nights and the Jazz close it out. Now 2 days rest to get their legs back for the Blazers.

there are those 3-5 passes per possession where we ********** it around the perimeter until the the shot clock hits 14

Sure, and one day he will be helpful. Right now all he can do is run to the rim and hope for a lob or a rebound and those are hit or miss with his hands. An iso for Hayward in end game situations is going to be more effective than pick and roll with favors out. He is going to get doubled every pick at the end game and roughed up.

Not a huge deal but I noticed a statically error. They credit Burke for a missed 3 right before half, but it was a shot taken by Hood. I wonder how often these type of errors are made and if/when are they corrected.

Great win. No matter what the circumstances are it's always great to beat the Lakers' ***. I hate that team and always will. It'd be really cool if the Jazz weren't bitten by the injury bug. I'm starting to be very concerned about Favors....

i think this is the first game i've seen the Lakers where their players actually seem aware of how much they suck and actually looked sheepish at the end ..

I have thought about how reliable box scores are.
