Utah Jazz VS Portland Blazers -- Tue. Oct. 25th @8pm MDT

Game is on two things:

- our PFs vs theirs
- letting Crabbe clown us as he did


We could have absolutely ruined Lillard's 40 point game. Seeing him swallow Rudy whole was disheartening but keep in mind how many coverages the dude needs to compensate for when playing next to Boris.


This game highlights the importance of Derrick Favors more than any other.


Still, I'm so happy with how JJ & Hill played
 
I think even just adding Burks back could have won us this game. The offense in that second quarter was just horrendous.

But that's ok. Quin needs to see these guys on the floor together for more than just a preseason, to know what works.

Agree I just think he should play less. If he's rolling leave him out there but tonight he was a liability on both sides of the court. Would have liked to have seen more lyles or Ingles since diaw was struggling.
 
Looking forward to the home opener and stomping the Lakers.

Hopefully we get fully healthy soon and start stomping these teams.

We missed Favors so ****ing much. It was painful watching Boris play defense. Gobert had no weakside help if he had to help.
 
I think the rotations will improve. This is the first game and a lot of new players and situations for the coaching staff to figure out.

Burks Hayward or even when Exum gets more comfortable think we could have moved JJ to the four and gone 3 wings.

I think one of them was on withey but it should have been a no call. I had to watch they game on my phone because I'm traveling and lost service a couple times
 
A bit of a bummer, but the Jazz played them tight despite missing Favors and Hayward. It just sickens me the Blazers go for like 60% from 3 point land every time they face the Jazz.
