Utah Jazz @ Washington Wizards 5pm Mountain Time *Official Game Thread*

Yeah, who even needs a coach?

To Cy and Yamers, even though Ty draws up some offense, most is done by players by what defense gives them.

You said most is done by players. They are running his system. Ty doesn't have the years on his belt (or his player's belts) to run a fluid offensive system like Pop or Carlisle. He has a ****ty offensive system that his players run.

I had to miss the game, but I just checked the box score. It seems like Kanter had a good game but was given limited time. Did he do something? Or is Corbin up to his same old box of tricks?

not sure if serious

Very serious. I'm concerned.

Hayward is still the main facilitator for the team while trey just runs around and chucks. Problem is it is affecting Hayward's game because he is forced to create his own shot, which is not his strong suit.

Kanter has been on offensively as of late, and yet most of his fgas came from offensive rebounds. Trey's job is getting ball to our offensive players and getting them going.

In the post game show they were showing burks drive, spin move, lefty finish and thurl bailey compared burks to michael jordan and then said that burks is on his way to becoming a star in the nba

Evans hit two buzzer-beaters and he took his minutes. Kanter's minutes are never guaranteed.

I agree more than most that ty's system sucks. My point is that players still run it. Every possession isn't ran through the system. Trey just doesn't pass.

treys job in corbins system is to bring the ball up court and pass to hayward and run into a spot up shooter

Remember how there were quite a few people on this bored advocating for Chris Singleton in the draft?

Glad the jazz were smarter than us.

Im guilty... kind of.
i wanted burks, and if burks was gone i wanted leonard, and if both were gone i wanted singleton

Trey is our worst offensive player in the rotation, but yet he takes most field goals.

Could be a great player if he realized he's not first option.

Trey averaged nearly 7 assist in college, he is willing and able passer. I think the coaching staff is coddling him too much and trying to minimize his mistakes, which is a mistake. He needs to take more risk.

I agree that he is able, and I agree that he is coddled.

I disagree that he is willing on this team. I've seen him pass up open players too many times. I see him pass when his view of the basket is obstructed.
