What's new

Utahr at Timberwimps - Lame Thread - 6pm MT

Burks with 9 points, 7 assists, 6 rebounds in less than 30 minutes. Gotta love the versatility he is showing.

I was actually thinking about that today - I'd say right now Carroll is at least as good as Matthews. I hope The Jazz don't try to low-ball him after his deal is up otherwise he'll be gone.

It will be difficult to keep him from a financial standpoint with Marvin opting in and Burks and Hayward needing more playing time. So I see the Jazz getting outbid and I'd there is a slight chance he is moved at the deadline.

Wait, why would he be moved at the deadline if financial strings would make it hard for us to sign him this summer (in your scenario)? Case 1: We get back a contract that lasts long, which you say we can't do financially. Case 2: We get another expiring, but then why the **** trade Carroll? There is 0% chance Carroll gets traded this deadline, if he does I will revolt and get blocked by Utah Jazz and Greg Miller twitter accounts, and I hope they keep this guy because they already blew it once with Wes.

I don't think it's a foregone conclusion that Williams opts in. Even Corbin can't bench Burks now. When Hayward gets back Williams is gonna be playing less than 20mpg. Williams can opt in and watch his value dwindle to zero or opt out and go for less money for more years.

As I said in another thread, if Williams does opt-in, Jazz should put him on the block immediately. There are plenty of bottom feeding teams that would love to be handed a starting caliber 3 on an expiring deal worth less than 8 mil.

Good win.

Burks is awesome.

Earl Watson is Brevin Hart.

I have given out too much rep in last 24 hours.

Its going to be sad when hayward comes back and burks rides the bench while tinsley and watson get ineffective minutes cause they are old.

Missed the second half should I stay up go catch the replay tonight...

Keep in mind I'm teaching photosynthesis tomorrow at 7:30am???

Don't you turn into a pumpkin at midnight o something? That's cutting it close bro.

Not to diminish your job, but just send the kids into the dark room or out to take some pics or something while you catch a couple zzzzz's if you don't sleep enough tonight.

Ya watch the 2nd half to see a burks alley oop (burks head gets up to the height of the rim) and a pretty sweet burks block.
