Utahs ADHD prescription problem and the future

Something QuinSnydersHair wrote about his kid has me thinking about this. Utah is known to over subscribe ADHD medicine and we know future rate of dependency to alcohol or worse is something in 28-40% area. My concern is will this make Utah look like in 25 years and especially Mormon church? I help teach cub scouts and no lie 13 of 14 kids are on ADHD. Its scary.
