Vanity License Plates-Utah DMV very Restrictive

Other states are less permissive. Utah, which faced a lawsuit in the 1990s for issuing plates with the term "Redskins" because it offended Native Americans, has recently denied ‘IH8TBYU,' ‘MNKYBUM,' and ‘MYSHRAZ' for being derogatory, vulgar, and an alcohol reference to a popular wine.

This is one picture they show that I seriously can't decipher the meaning of, anyone have any ideas?

I'm not surprised about Utah being mentioned in that article. Wasn't it just several years ago that someone had their Merlot plate taken away because it's a type of wine and someone complained about it? It's funny that Merlot would be banned when I say one a little while back that said Fetish.

On a separate note related to license plates, wouldn't it be cool if Utah had a license plate with a Jazz logo? You can get a license plate with the Braves logo in GA: https://www.cbsatlanta.com/story/17160539/georgia-gets-atlanta-braves-license-plates

Edit: They have them in FL (https://www.flasports.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=105&Itemid=85) and IL (https://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/news/2012/march/120326d1.pdf). And probably other places. It seems like an easy way to raise some extra money for charity or education. I need to get a hold of my local representative.
