I dont know if it was a (sharing wife) common thing in Vikings culture but i dont think i would share this chick with guests as a show of hospitality.

Great series, cant wait for new season to start.

You all need to watch this. It is really good and historically accurate most of the time. Floki is my favorite character as well.

Just finished season two! I like the show a lot. I am totally ignorant to that history, so I have no clue how true to what really happened the show really is. To be honest, I like it better not knowing what ultimately happens.

One minor aspect of the show that I loved was the priest secretly transcribing all the Roman writings for the King. I have read up on Ancient Rome and the Roman Empire a bunch, and know that most everything I've read and what's available to people now are very educated guesses - as all primary evidence of what transpired was lost during the fall and over the course of time. I've always been fascinated by the 'what if' of maybe it's all somewhere buried.

Hmmmm. Never heard of it. Has anyone heard of Turn? I hear that's also a good show.

how does it compare with game of thrones ?

it doesnt.

tried watchin dis show. fell asleep during the 1st episode. will give it a try when im hyped up on milky ways or somethin. who knows it may end up bein a decent show after i watch a few episodes. but its not game of thrones level. not even close. like if GOT was the Sun, this show wouldnt even be as close as pluto. srs.
