Also this rebuild will decrease the seating capacity of the arena. The very top rows are being completely removed. not sure what the new number will be but it'll be less than 19,911.

mine was a sarcastic comment about contractors always over exaggerating how much time it will take so they get paid more.

They're going to be playing the first month of the season at their new practice facility in St. George.

Yeah, I'm guessing it'll hardly look green at all and will probably take on a much more blue color.
