I heard a rumor today that the liquidated damages for the renovation not being done on time is set at $250,000 per day. It's a rumor that I heard from one of my General Contractors that I don't know is true. I don't know what "done" is or what the date would be either.

Okland is the contractor. I'm sure they'll hit deadline.

Usu substantially complete. In other words it cab be used for its intended purpose. That doesn't mean the contact is 100% finished in most cases.
