Was Fes' Play Last Night An Aberration?

McKleod is DA MAN, and Williams is strictly second-rate bench material. 19-13, Baby!

The Jazz are perfect when Fess plays the whole 4th quarter. Jefferson is garbage. 1-0, Baby!

Fes wouldn't give Sap any credit in his post-game interview. What a douche. "Don't forget that it was a team game" over and over. Bolerjack asks about Millsap's huge night. He responds "Kyrilo had career game".

OK, I'll say this once more. I like Fess, always have. I have repeatedly complimented him in this thread.

I also like the Jazz, as a TEAM, not just one player on it.

I don't care fir those who ONLY seem to care about one player, who think anyone who doesn't agree with them are "haters," and want to denigrate anyone who is "competing" with their boy for playin time.

It's the Utah Jazz, not the Utah Fesenko's.

Preach on.

You call out fanboys, but dismiss entirely your own anti-Fes and anti-AK cheerleading, as if it's any different (it isn't).

Show me anti-Fess or anti-AK cheerleading. I have been solidly behind AK last year and this, but couldn't stand his attitude (didn't bitch about his actual play except to the extent I thought his attitude was causing it) a couple of years ago. You and I have talked about this before. As I have frequently said, what really bothered me was not even AK as much as it was his fanboyz repeatedly claiming that AK had every right to quit on the team and quit giving effort if his demands weren't meant.

Now that Boozer is gone, I ridicule him freely, but I never did while he was a Jazz player. Likewise, I have always supported the popular scapegoats such as Harp and CJ. The haters hate, and they hate anyone who doesn't hate along with them. Anyone who questions their vastly distorted perspective is "attacking" them. In the meantime they are on the attack 24/7 against other players on the team from Sloan and Willaims on down, in an attempt to prove that their boy is bigger and better than anyone on the team. Any perceived shortcomings on the part of their boy are the fault of Sloan, Williams with his "ball-hogging," or some other person. They are not only better than every other loser on the team, but they are bigger and better than the team itself (in the case of AK).

Anyone reading this thread should be able to tell that I support Fess, but that's not good enough. You must buy into the blind distortions and attacks (on other players) of his fanboyz.

So why not attack the hate instead of the love? Shouldn't you be in the AJ benching threads instead of the Fes celebration one?

It shouldn't be at all surprising how people take your shtick. You come off as just as cynical as the cynics you're attacking. What are you trying to accomplish?

This is the reality of the situation. Slopper plays the martyr role with the best of them.

I get "called out" in this thread, and it chat, etc., for bein a Fess hater. Meanwhile, in the AJ thread, go4 is sayin Jefferson should have been benched in favor of Fess a long time ago. Every player on this team has some nights better than others. Everyone makes some mistakes. The homers want to take Fess's best games (and ignore all others) and compare them to Jefferson's worst games (and ignore all others). Typical. The whining losers on this board think they are owed perfection, except from their favorites, whose flaws they will deny, defend, and/or blame on the rest of the team. Williams has been bashed quite a bit lately if he doesn't play perfectly, as has every other player. It just gets old, but even worse is the denial of the obvious flaws of certain favorites.

uh huh.

Like, really?

Ya tryin to claim they aint any, eh, Commie?

Last night, in chat, Vinny expressed his sincere desire that the Jazz lose 20 in a row. Many here are adamant that the Jazz are gunna lose before the game even starts (any game), and proclaim their genius as soon as the Jazz get 5-10 points down. Any mistake is intolerable to their refined tastes and demands, and they are constantly claiming that player X (varies) should never play again. They think they can be superior by finding fault with their superiors.

Losers.

Sloan is widely admired and praised by players, other coaches, GM's, experts, and fans around the country. But the whiny losers here treat him like he is dogcrap who doesn't have 1/10th of the ability that THEY do. It's pathetic, really.

Sloan Brow and Slopper have nothing to say.

I presume one of those names is supposed to be me, although you can never be sure with VINYONE.

Fesenko has gotten himself in shape, and is starting to play. Am I supposed to be disappointed, or something?

Eric, I think what you're supposed to do is acknowledge that if Fess had a good game last night, that proves he could have dominated the NBA as a high school senior. It's the same guy, ya know?

Yes, of course. You are a useless tool for relying on the opinions of experts instead of, say, the garbageman. Like Hopper, it's really pathetic to rely on the testimony of GM's and other professionals to form your opinions. The ultra-realistic and highly emotional amongst this board have the greater insight, but you're too plain stupid to see it.
