John wall's contract is one of the worst in the league for an allstar. Reports out of Washington were that he came back out of shape this year. There are red flags about him that would make it a serious gambleRicky Rubio for John Wall. John Wall is a better version of Rubio. Wall, Mitchell, and Gobert could be a Big 3 for the future. Utah would have to include 2 Pick’s probably, but Washington gets out of Walls deal and gets Rubio’s expiring.
I'd love to know what other offers Favs had...maybe like a one year deal in NOLA or LA? The money wouldn't have been as good is my guess. I thought this was the deal, but based on what insiders have said it was quite the opposite... he re-signed in part because we told him we were committed to making the Rudy Favs pairing work.

Then you get to our guys and you realize that all 3 are questionable signings and all 3 would be awesome to use in deals starting on December 15.
They really can't be both questionable signings and awesome trade components, you know.
I think the Favors contract was designed so it could be one of our better trade assets. As it turns out, our best trade partner Washington will likely make a deal before we can even use Favors in a trade.
There is nothing stopping the Jazz talking about or even agreeing a trade with the Bullets right now. It just can't be completed until Jan 15. If our offer is the best one, I don't think Washington say no simply because they can't wait a month for Favors. It's not like they're in a hurry to contend.

I would argue that there is better talent in the second round. Yes, there may be better "right now" players in free agency, any idiot knows that, but if you want someone that could turn into a great player, you know, talent, then you have a better chance in the draft.
There may be more potential and better upsides in the second round, as opposed to the known quantities in free agency, but the chance of a starting talent is slim (which is why when on is found, it's a big deal). The overall talent level is greater just among the mid-level exception players.
Dials up his DL voice “look can we take a player.... yes. But we take those funds and reinvest them in the program. The millers have been so great... we have a trust now. We are looking at some things and always evaluating what we have and need. I mean really we added Dante Exum and AB this year... tony Bradley has improved his balance by 19%... graysons elite hand pads have actually grown. So we are looking to improve from within... and what I mean by that is we are doing yoga and meditation and becoming better people.”
He changed the Kings season.
Given his potential fit on our team I don’t think we can accurately say that he wouldn’t have changed things. He fills many holes on our team.
You'd have to add a lot more to get Wall just to match the salary
You think these are discussion-worthy, but the idea of signing Middleton is completely unfathomable...I'm moving the Suns releasing Canaan conversation over here. So they now have two open roster spots. That can't be a coincidence. Let's just speculate that we are involved.
Maybe they are looking at (remember that Ryan Anderson is an expiring):
Ryan Anderson, Josh Jackson and the Milwaukee pick
for
Rubio, Thabo, Udoh and Bradley

OR
Ryan Anderson and draft considerations from the Suns
for
Burks, Thabo and Bradley
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y9lfno3s
OR
We get Otto Porter and some sort of draft considerations
Suns get Rubio, Thabo and Bradley
Wizards get Ryan Anderson, Udoh and draft considerations from Suns
