Jazz.
I have one of the strangest opinions of anyone on the board. In some ways I don't want the Jazz to have a pick this year! Next season will be the test to know which of Al Jefferson, Paul Millsap, and Devin Harris the Jazz should re-sign. Then, whichever one they let go, that is the position that the Jazz use the two mid to late first round picks on.
Now let me say that my opinion will likely change it the Jazz get the seventh pick because that's a dang good pick, really high, and much higher than it will be next year. Worth a gamble it is. But if the Jazz have their 'young core' in Hayward, Kanter (cough), Burks, and Favors, than where does a seventh pick fit in? Coming off the bench? Do you really send a seventh pick off the bench?
Ok, get a point guard. From what I've read, the point guard crop this year is kind of crappy, to the point where if we take one at seven, we likely drafted him high. Get a Small Forward? This is where the decision of whether to re-sign Millsap comes in. If Millsap proves that he can play the three consistently, we don't need to draft one to start, so a later pick might be better.
In effect, the Jazz don't need stars, they need role players, and they are drafted in the mid first and second round, which is exactly where the Jazz draft next year if they don't get a first round this year. (and they make less allowing the Jazz more salary cap space to -re-sign either Millsap, or Jefferson, or Harris-.
