"I think the commitment shows how much the Jazz believe in me, and what they think I mean to their franchise. That’s a really good feeling for me, knowing that they stand behind me. To be able to play there at least another three or four years and be one of their centerpieces is something I’m looking forward to."
Anyone concerned about this comment? I'd expect somewhere in the blog for him to say he wants to play a long time in Utah, help win a championship, etc. He doesn't. Jazz need to Kevin Love him in 2 years.
I swear, people deconstruct athletes' statements more than the most ardent Bible fanatic tortures over interpretations of Bible verses. There is not hidden sub-text in every statement. Sometimes, things are as simple as they appear to be.
