We've Got Competition for the Tank

I don't think I'm being cynical--I'm excited for this season. And I think our starting lineup will be decent--Hayward, Favors, Kanter (Burke and Burks are going to be iffy). It's our bench that will sink us like a fat kid whose floaties deflate the first time he dares swim out to the deep end. Man, that bench is going to be so awful it'll be fun. Okay, that's cynical. I'm on record as being cynical about Richard Jefferson. And watching Beidrins shoot free throws is like watching Walt Jr shoot free throws. But I'm not cynical about the Jazz long term.

Yeah, 5-8 seems most likely. All I know is that lottery day will be the most suspenseful day of my life.
 
5-8 sounds about right, but one lucky bounce and everything changes for a long time. Play the young guys and let the chips fall where they may. Their combination of young starters, bad bench and poor coaching will contribute to a lot more losses than wins. They might not be worse than some of those other teams, but I wouldn't say that it's impossible.
 
Who is tanking? It's called rebuilding not tanking.

That's how a team tanks! Four rookies with close to zero potential except Klay.

Burke, Burks, Hayward, Kanter, Favors.. If your lineup has 4 top-10 picks and just one rookie... you expect good things from this team! This team will win some games and at best you can get is #5 pick. So who cares? quit this bitchy "Losing games is good" attitude clueless dumbfks
