What could we get for Kanter?

We have to go in a different direction than this guy. I don't care how young he is. He is one of the most ineffective defensive bigs I have ever seen. Lacks all the basic fundamentals of even an adequate defender. I don't think we could get a top 10 pick for him, but perhaps a young vet like Evan turner. Not him specifically, but too lazy to go beyond him at the moment. Kanter is not a long term fit here. Let's speculate.
 
Probably a throw in to include in a deal for a veteran PF. Too lazy to look, but if there's a team looking to rebuild and get rid of their PF, we could offer salary relief + Kanter.
 
Hold onto him until at least the draft. Hold onto the possibility of trading him or any of our young pieces to upgrade our draft pick.

Agreed he has more value just before draft - trade up either to trade up from our own pick or GS.
Part of Kanters woes I put down to coaching Corbin has single handedly destroyed his confidence.
There may still be hope for him but Corbin is the wrong coach for him.
 
I feel bad for our young guys and almost would rather see some of them traded. It would be great to see them with a good coach and have them flourish.
 
well if Ty and DL want to build that defensive team like the Bulls then i'd have to say that Kanter probably isn't a fit here.

but I still like Kanter on offense. Idk how I feel about trading him just quite yet...somebody needs to help him on defense though. He needs some serious defensive help.
 
We couldn't get anything near what his potential is. Corbin is the wrong coach for him. Only fools buy high and sell low.
 
bet you this guy could bring kanter together.
