If it's between Sloan and Corbin coaching this team to wins then no doubt Sloan would win. Corbin seems too idealistic with his coaching philosophy geared toward a modern game, where Sloan's old timer idealistic philosophy will always be able to produce offense while rounding out the defense.
I'm somewhat worried about Corbin's true ability in refusing to adjust to the talent he has. Then again, I also realize he might have an ulterior motive to lose games while keeping his system in place. Alfense was a gateway to Kanter IMO. It will live this season no matter how ugly that might be, and that's a good thing for the future.
