What happens if the Jazz don't trade Trey Now?

For what I've seem during his two and a half seasons with the Jazz, Burke is an intense, ambitious and hard-working man, but not particularly smart. If indeed he was demanding a trade - and that is a big "if" - I doubt he will have the coolness to just keep working under Snyder's system, since he already has a lot of trouble fitting in. If it was up to Burke he would have even an higher usage rate on offense but it seems that Snyder keeps him on a somewhat short leash; he is allowed to take tough shots but if he misses more than a couple in a row he may end up being benched for most of the game. I see Burke not keeping his cool, taking more stupid shots and being benched for longer periods. As a result he may finish the season shooting under 40% from the field and playing around 20 minutes per game (currently he is at 43% in 23 min/g). It is possible that Shelvin Mack was picked up as an insurance in case the aforementioned scenario unfolds.
