What is it about Phoenix Suns' training staff?

it looks like Michael Redd is another oft-injured player being revived in Phoenix. I always hear that Phoenix has an incredible training/medical staff. does anyone know why people say that though? anyone know specifically what it is that makes them so highly regarded?
